2. Protection Products
All protection products are warranted for their specified lifespans. Installation must be performed by qualified electricians to maintain warranty validity.
3. Service Delivery
We strive to provide services within agreed timeframes. Delays due to weather, access issues, or factors beyond our control may occur and do not constitute a breach of contract.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the direct costs of products and services provided. We maintain professional indemnity insurance for all protection system installations and assessments.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and business account payments.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled appointments. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
